Our return policy is very simple:
If you’re not happy with a purchase that you made on JamesAFlood.com, for any reason, you can return it to us within 30 days of the order date. As soon as it arrives, we’ll issue a full refund for the entire purchase price. Please note – James A Flood Inc. does not reimburse the outgoing or return shipping charges unless the return is due to a defect in quality.

All U.S. orders have a flat rate of $12.

International orders are accepted. However, if your region is not accepted upon checkout it may be taken by phone and requests can also be made through our contact form. Please do not send any credit card information via contact form.

Addition Details
The estimated delivery time will be calculated based on the time the order is placed (before or after order cutoff time) which is 5 p.m eastern time for all product orders. In case the delivery takes place over a public holiday, the estimate gets adapted to this as well.
